What makes a great Newborn Care Specialist?
Before we dive into the details: professional newborn care through our agency typically ranges from $35-45 per hour, plus our placement fee. This investment reflects the expertise of thoroughly vetted childcare professionals who bring unique strengths to your family. Our higher rates reflect the exceptional candidates we present - individuals with glowing references who often bring additional skills like:

★ Specialized training in child development
★ Expertise with specific age groups or situations
★ Strong track records of long-term family relationships
★ Advanced certifications and credentials with newborns
Importantly, these competitive rates lead to stronger, longer-lasting placements. Newborn Care Specialists typically work 90 day contracts through our firm. We prefer to sign you on during the 8th-16th week of your pregnancy- the NCSs we work with book out well in advance.
