One Year Replacement Policy
We stand behind every placement we make because we're invested in your family's long-term success, not just a quick match. If your nanny leaves within the first year of employment for any reason, or you're just not feeling like we nailed the fit, we'll find you a replacement at no additional placement fee.
This policy reflects our commitment to getting it right the first time, while also recognizing that sometimes circumstances change despite everyone's best intentions. We stay in close contact with both families and caregivers throughout the first year to provide support, troubleshoot challenges, and help preserve great working relationships whenever possible. Our placement team remains available to guide you through any adjustments or concerns that arise.

We'll even cover date nights and ad hoc weekend coverage.
