Once you hit submit, we will review your application. This may take 1-3 days to be completed. Accepted applicants will be contacted for a phone or in-person interview.
After the interview, we check your references (former employers ONLY) and make sure your CPR is current. Check the job board and let us know what positions you are interested in.
Family interviews are next! Let us know what jobs you are interested in, and we'll make an introduction. We coordinate all interviews, trial days, and negotiations for job offers. Last but not least, all job offers are contingent upon running a background check.

At least 3 years of related paid work experience & experience working directly with children, specifically ages newborn - school aged.
