Phase I:
To be eligible to apply for jobs through SSN, all candidates must carry the status of "represented candidate". Before applying, please review Applicant Requirements listed below. If the minimum requirements are met, we invite you to complete the Application. Make sure your resume is up to date with all past and current positions listed, both related to childcare and unrelated to childcare. Our team will review your application and may reach out to schedule a phone interview if your application meets the minimum requirements.
Phase II:
Applicants who make it to this phase will be asked to complete a more in-depth application that covers their past experiences, caregiving or work style, as well as preferences in future roles too. Applicants in this phase will also schedule a virtual interview with our Candidate Specialist at this time.
Phase III:
Once applicants have completed a successful interview, our team will begin contacting professional references. Representation status will be evaluated after this step.
Phase IV:
SSN represents a small percentage of candidates who apply with our agency. For those that make it through the vetting process and become represented candidates, the next step is applying for specific positions. SSN coordinates all interviews, trial days and conversations leading up to potential job offers. All job offers are contingent upon running and receiving a clear background check.
