PLACEMENT FEES

STANDARD LONG TERM PLACEMENT: 12% of one year's annualized compensation

UNIQUE LONG TERM PLACEMENT: 15% of one year's annualized compensation
(This applies to nanny shares, non-local searches, live-in placements, touring or travel placements)

SHORT TERM PLACEMENT: 18% of 1/2 year's annualized compensation

NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST/NIGHT NANNY: 25% of the total gross contracted compensation
