This returning SSN client is seeking a reliable and experienced weekend nanny to join their family team. The role centers on providing quality care for their 1.5-year-old, with occasional involvement with their older children (ages 5 and 7). While the parents are hands-on and engaged, they’re looking for a nanny who can confidently step in, maintain structure, and create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment on weekends.

This position is designed to be flexible and lighter in scope with childcare as the priority and minimal household responsibilities. The older kids typically have multiple sporting events each weekend, so this is a mostly home-based role to ensure their littlest has an uninterrupted nap, but will also include care for all three boys depending on the weekend.

SCHEDULE
• Hours: Flexible, 6–15 hours per weekend (can vary based on family and nanny’s availability)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Minimum 6 months

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide attentive care and supervision for the 1-year-old, including age-appropriate play, crafts, sensory activities, outdoor time, and nap supervision.
• Support older siblings as needed, such as facilitating play or activities that include all children.
• Maintain a tidy environment—light cleanup and organization of play areas and common spaces during/after activities.
• Assist with simple dinner prep during the baby’s 3-hour nap if requested.
• Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment in alignment with the family’s routines.

IDEAL CANDIDATE/REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years of professional nanny experience, including infant and toddler care.
• Warm, engaging, and dependable, with the ability to balance fun and structure.
• Adaptable and flexible to align with the family’s weekend needs.
• Comfortable working in a home with hands-on parents and collaborating as part of a team.
• CPR/First Aid certified and safety-focused.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
• Preferred experience with high profile families.

COMPENSATION
• Hourly Rate: $30 – $35+/hr, depending on experience and qualifications
