SCHEDULE
Hours: Wednesday – Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off)
• Wed–Fri: typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Sat + Sun hours scheduled as-needed
• Frequent travel over weekends (Thur – Sun)
• Occasional needs for Monday + Tuesday when traveling
Start Date: Week of September 9, 2025
Duration: Long term, 1 year minimum

This creative, faith-driven family is looking for a long-term Family Assistant to support their bright + active 5 YO son and a new baby girl due in October. The family’s schedule is shaped by Dad’s career as an artist and Mom’s role managing it. Their Christian faith is deeply woven into their daily life and parenting, and they hope to find a nanny who is aligned with those values. The family travels often for shows (typically on weekends) and enjoys traveling outside of work obligations as well. They value warmth, professionalism, and discretion, and are seeking someone who is confident caring for the children both independently and in partnership with Mom & Dad.

Each day may look different, so adaptability is key. Some days will be collaborative, working closely with Mom or Dad, while others require full autonomy. The right candidate will be supportive and respectful of the family’s need for calmness and privacy while also being a warm and reliable presence. The role requires flexibility, overnight care, and a high level of professionalism.

Typical day at home + on the road:
• A typical day at home includes school drop-off in the morning followed by child-related tasks such as laundry, errands, organizing, and prepping meals or snacks or, spending time with baby. Afternoons involve school pickup, playtime, or after-school activities, with dinner around 5 PM, after which parents take over the evening routine. Occasionally, the schedule may shift to accommodate activities like T-ball or an evening event the parents need to attend.
• While traveling, days vary depending on the location and may involve caring for the kid’s at work events or taking the children on local outings. The family strives to maintain routines on the road while also taking advantage of special moments.


Key Responsibilities
• Care for B5 and NBG (starting a few months after birth)
• Maintain daily routines, support schoolwork, and organize creative activities
• Prepare children’s meals/snacks, handle school transport, and assist with travel
• Tidy and organize children’s areas, manage their laundry, run errands
• Assist with pet care (2 dogs and 2 cats)
• Communicate throughout the day with parents regarding the children
• Travel frequently and provide overnight care as-needed during shows or trips

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience
• Minimum 2 years of infant experience, newborn experience strongly preferred
• Longevity in former nanny positions
• Experienced traveler, with a strong preference on travel nanny experience
• Travel-ready with a valid passport
• TSA PreCheck or CLEAR eligible
• Strong swimmer, family has a pool
• Pet-friendly
• Confident working independently and alongside parents
• Reliable car to use for work and a clean driving record
• Comfortable signing an NDA

COMPENSATION
Annual base compensation equivalent to $75k - $85k based on a Wednesday – Sunday schedule, additional income for days worked outside of that schedule + overnights
PTO, Sick Days, Holidays: 4 weeks off combined total
Health insurance stipend offered: $275/month
Reimbursement for use of personal vehicle at work: provided
