PLAYFUL, CARING + ATTENTIVE NANNY FOR TWO ADORABLE SISTERS - JANUARY START
Location: Edgehill Neighborhood, Nashville 37212
Pets: None
This loving family of four is seeking a full-time nanny for a six-month position to bridge the gap between full-time grandparent care and the start of daycare starting in JANUARY 2026. Their daughters will be 11 months and 3.5 years old when the role begins, and their curious baby will be home full-time, while their imaginative big sister attends preschool five days per week.
These thoughtful parents are looking for a nurturing partner who shares their values of creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where their children can grow into confident, creative, and independent thinkers. They believe in offering age-appropriate freedom and choice within clear, consistent boundaries. The parents also value raising their children to be proud of their Asian American heritage while fostering curiosity and respect for other cultures. Their Montessori-inspired home encourages hands-on involvement in daily life and gives the girls space to explore, experiment, and develop problem-solving skills at their own pace.
