Location: Belmont/Hillsboro, Nashville, TN 37212

A single-father of a precious little girl, 4.5, is seeking a caring, conscientious, and go-getting professional to join their high-profile family in the 12 South/Belmont area of Nashville, TN. This full-time, long-term role involves both nanny and personal assistant responsibilities, requiring a commitment of 3+ years.


- Childcare: Primary focus on the care and development of a 4.5-year-old girl starting Kindergarten in August. Responsibilities include fostering growth, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring the child's needs are met.
- Household/Personal Assisting: Manage household tasks including keeping items stocked, light cooking, managing calendars, organizing schedules, planning events, and running errands. Additional errands and tasks for the principal will be required.
- Travel: Must be travel-ready for domestic and international trips (passport required). Travel includes 3-5 weeks per year, with destinations such as the Caribbean. Comfort with swimming and boating is essential.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to a dynamic schedule that changes with the parenting plan. Weekends required every other week. Additional duties when the child is not present.
- Professionalism: Strong ability to anticipate needs, efficiently complete tasks, and provide excellent support to the father. Must maintain the family's privacy and security.


Hours: Full-time, mirroring the parenting plan. Typical hours when the child is present are 7 AM – 7 PM.
Start Date: July/August
Duration: Long-term, 3+ year commitment


- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar nanny/family assistant role.
- Adaptability and flexibility with schedule and tasks.
- Strong communication skills (in-person, email, text, calls).
- Experience with domestic and international travel; must be a confident swimmer.
- Proficient with technology (smartphones, smart homes, cars).
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and valid passport.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience with high-profile families.
- Able to work holidays when required
- Must absolutely love children and have a deep understanding of early childhood development.


Annual Salary: Open, commensurate with experience.
Vehicle: Provided for work-related purposes.
PTO/Holidays/Sick days: Flexible vacation days and time off when duties are not required.
